Pull UBI and UBIFS updates from Richard Weinberger:
- Fix for memory leaks around UBIFS orphan handling
- Fix for memory leaks around UBI fastmap
- Remove zero-length array from ubi-media.h
- Fix for TNC lookup in UBIFS orphan code
