Merge tag 'metag-for-v3.14' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jhogan/metag
Pull Metag architecture changes from James Hogan:
- A few cleanups and minor bug fixes.
- Kill SMP single function call IPI.
