Merge branch 'pci/misc'
- Convert PCIe capability PCIBIOS errors to errno (Bolarinwa Olayemi
Saheed)
- Align PCIe capability and PCI accessor return values (Bolarinwa Olayemi

- Replace http:// links with https:// (Alexander A. Klimov)
