docs: Fix typo in Documentation/x86/x86_64/5level-paging.rst
fix two typos in the documentation
(Documentation/x86/x86_64/5level-paging.rst), changing 'paing' for 'paging'
and using the right verbal form for plural on 'some vendors offer'.
