IB/hfi1: Remove indirect call to hfi1_ipoib_send_dma()
hfi1_ipoib_send() directly calls hfi1_ipoib_send_dma() with no value add.
Fix by renaming hfi1_ipoib_send_dma() to hfi1_ipoib_send().
