        - report write pointer for a full zone as zone start + zone len

   - Fix for a regression on DIO single bio async IO (Pavel)

   - mtd fix that subsequently got reverted as it was broken, will get
     re-done and submitted for the next round

   - Two MD fixes via Song (Markus, zhangyue)"
