cpufreq: Improve kerneldoc comments for cpufreq_cpu_get/put()
Fix the formatting of the cpufreq_cpu_get() and cpufreq_cpu_put() kerneldoc comments and rework them to be somewhat easier to follow. Signed-off-by: Rafael J.
