iwlwifi: mvm: fix SRAM dump debugfs handler
If the length isn't set it means we want all the SRAM. Also - this is perfectly valid to partially dump starting at offset 0. Signed-off-by: Emmanuel Grumbach <emmanuel.grumbach@intel.com>
