Merge branch 'pci/misc'
- Clarify that platform_get_irq() should never return 0 (Bjorn Helgaas)
- Check for platform_get_irq() failure consistently (Bjorn Helgaas)
- Replace zero-length array with flexible-array (Gustavo A. R. Silva)
