Merge tag 'drm-misc-fixes-2019-08-02' of git://anongit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm-misc into drm-fixes
drm-misc-fixes for v5.3-rc3:
- Fix some build errors in drm/bridge.
- Do not build i810 on CONFIG_PREEMPTION.
- Fix cache sync on arm in vgem.
- Allow mapping fb in drm_client only when required, and use it to fix bochs fbdev.
