mtd: physmap_of: assign parent for the concatenated MTD

Let's assign the concatenated device correctly. Signed-off-by: Brian Norris <computersforpeace@gmail.com> Reviewed-by: Boris Brezillon <boris.brezillon@free-electrons.com>
