Pull ceph fixes from Ilya Dryomov: "Some late-breaking dentry handling fixes from Al and Jeff, a patch to further restrict copy_file_range() to avoid potential data corruption from Luis and a fix for !CONFIG_CEPH_FSCACHE kernels.
