Pull thermal management fixes from Zhang Rui:
"Specifics:
- several fixes and cleanups on Rockchip thermal drivers.
- add the missing support of RK3368 SoCs in Rockchip driver.

QCOM drivers, and also compilation fixes, on thermal.h, when thermal
