Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself
from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include
hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h. The files in mach-imx/devices
will need to include "../hardware.h".

Rename mach-imx/include/mach/common.h to mach-imx/common.h and update
all users to include common.h rather than mach/common.h.
It also removes an unneeded inclusion to common.h in
mach-imx/devices/devices.c.

ARM is moving to stricter checks on readl/write functions,
so we need to use the correct types everywhere.
This found a bug in mach-armadillo5x0.c, where we attempt mmio
on the MXC_CCM_RCSR address that is currently defined to 0xc
and consequently causes an illegal address access.

Call irq_alloc_descs to get the irq_base for mx31ads, and add a legacy
irqdomain using the irq_base, so that the mapping between mx31ads
hardware irq and Linux irq number can be dynamically handled by
irqdomain. As the result, the use of MXC_BOARD_IRQ_START can be
completely removed from mach-mx31ads.c.

With commit d1738ae (mfd: Allocate wm835x irq descs dynamically) being
in the tree, there is no need to initialize irq_base field of struct
wm8350_platform_data. Remove it to save one reference to macro
MXC_BOARD_IRQ_START.

This patch changes all the static gpio irq number assigning with
IOMUX_TO_IRQ() to run-time assigning with gpio_to_irq call, and
in turn eliminates the macro IOMUX_TO_IRQ().

The patch makes necessary changes on gpio-mxc as below to turn it
into an upstanding gpio driver.
* Add a list to save all mx2 ports references, so that
mx2_gpio_irq_handler can walk through all interrupt status
registers
* Use readl/writel to replace mach-specific accessors
__raw_readl/__raw_writel
* Change mxc_gpio_init into mxc_gpio_probe function
* Move "struct mxc_gpio_port" into gpio-mxc.c, as it needs not to
be public at all, and also make some other cleanup on
plat-mxc/include/mach/gpio.h at the same time
And the patch then migrates mach-imx and mach-mx5 to the updated
driver by adding corresponding platform devices.
