Since CONFIG_USB_GADGET_PXA27X and other macros are renamed to
CONFIG_USB_PXA27X. Update them in arch/arm/mach-pxa and arch/arm/configs
to keep consistent.

This change -- pushing the MFP configuration back into Module files -- is
necessary because some evalboards can be used with multiple modules, where MFP
differs from module to module. Therefore MFP isn't board-specific, but
module-specific and the module should preconfigure itself for the board.
(And there is also the C preprocesor limitation and conflicting #define-s)

This patch introduces pxa2xx_map_io() and pxa3xx_map_io() to distinguish
between PXA25x/PXA27x and PXA3xx memory mapping.
Also, fixup for platforms broken after introducing pxa{25x,27x}_map_io()
and pxa3xx_map_io() is included.

Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can
remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.
The various declarations were removed using the following script:
grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \
sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }'
[ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ]

For some platforms, it is inappropriate to register all PXA UARTs.
In some cases, the UARTs may not be used, and in others we may want
to avoid registering the UARTs to allow other drivers (eg, FICP) to
make use of the UART.
In addition, a while back there was a request to be able to pass
platform data to the UART driver.
This patch enables all of this by providing functions platforms can
call to register each individual UART.

The AC97 part wasn't initialized on Colibri/PXA320 because the macros
were wrong. Also, the code didn't compile because of a header file not
being included.

This patch configures the MFP pads for UART1, UART2, UART3 for the
Toradex Colibri PXA320 module. Previously they were just not
configured resulting in just the first UART working because it was the
only one that was configured by the bootloader (Toradex EBOOT in our
case).
This patch is against vanilla 2.6.30 and has been tested with the
Toradex Orchid carrier board (all three UARTs were functional).

In commit 47cb035560a41bd1bd3db506eeab93088815203e, the ax88796 driver
learned to take IRQ flags from platform_device definition. Use that here
to get rid of the set_irq_type() hack.

In 67fca028f1535e510689d2e444b0289e264e05c1, the ax88796 ethernet driver
learned a way to let the platform data hand in the MAC address. Use it
here as the original Colibri bootloader passes in a MAC address via
ATAG_SERIAL.
