The new helper devm_platform_ioremap_resource() wraps
platform_get_resource() and devm_ioremap_resource() together.
Use it to simplify the code.

Use DEVICE_ATTR_RO for read-only attributes. This simplifies the source
code, improves readbility, and reduces the chance of inconsistencies.
The conversion was done automatically using coccinelle. It was validated
by compiling both the old and the new source code and comparing its text,
data, and bss size.

Use devm_ioremap_resource() in order to make the code simpler,
and move 'struct resource *mem' from 'struct jz4740_hwmon' to
jz4740_hwmon_probe() because the 'mem' variable is used only in
jz4740_hwmon_probe(). Also the redundant return value check of
platform_get_resource() is removed, because the value is checked
by devm_ioremap_resource().

mfd_get_cell returns a const, so change the jz4740 clients to store
a const mfd cell. This silences type mismatch warnings.
