2022-06-06memory: samsung: exynos5422-dmc: Fix refcount leak in of_get_dram_timingsMiaoqian Lin
of_parse_phandle() returns a node pointer with refcount incremented, we should use of_node_put() on it when not need anymore. This function doesn't call of_node_put() in some error paths. To unify the structure, Add put_node label and goto it on errors. 2022-04-04memory: samsung: exynos5422-dmc: Avoid some over memory allocationChristophe JAILLET
'dmc->counter' is a 'struct devfreq_event_dev **', so there is some over memory allocation. 'counters_size' should be computed with 'sizeof(struct devfreq_event_dev *)'. Use 'sizeof(*dmc->counter)' instead to fix it. While at it, use devm_kcalloc() instead of devm_kzalloc()+open coded multiplication. 2020-09-29PM / devfreq: event: Change prototype of devfreq_event_get_edev_by_phandle ↵Chanwoo Choi
function Previously, devfreq core support 'devfreq-events' property in order to get the devfreq-event device by phandle. But, 'devfreq-events' property name is not proper on devicetree binding because this name doesn't mean the any h/w attribute. The devfreq-event core hand over the rights to decide the property name for getting the devfreq-event device on devicetree. Each devfreq-event driver will decide the property name on devicetree binding and then pass the their own property name to devfreq_event_get_edev_by_phandle function. And change the prototype of devfreq_event_get_edev_count function because of used deprecated 'devfreq-events' property. 2019-10-01memory: Add DMC driver for Exynos5422Lukasz Luba
Add driver for Exynos5422 Dynamic Memory Controller. The driver provides support for dynamic frequency and voltage scaling for DMC and DRAM. It supports changing timings of DRAM running with different frequency. There is also an algorithm to calculate timings based on memory description provided in DT. 2016-06-20memory: samsung: exynos-srom: make it explicitly non-modularPaul Gortmaker
The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is: memory/samsung/Kconfig:config EXYNOS_SROM memory/samsung/Kconfig: bool "Exynos SROM controller driver" if COMPILE_TEST ...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone. Lets remove the modular code that is essentially orphaned, so that when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only. We explicitly disallow a driver unbind, since that doesn't have a sensible use case anyway, and it allows us to drop the ".remove" code for non-modular drivers. Since module_platform_driver() uses the same init level priority as builtin_platform_driver() the init ordering remains unchanged with this commit. Also note that MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is a no-op for non-modular code. We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information is already contained at the top of the file in the comments. 2016-04-18memory: samsung: exynos-srom: Add support for bank configurationPavel Fedin
Implement handling properties in subnodes and adding child devices to the system. Child devices will not be added if configuration fails. Since the driver now does more than suspend-resume support, dependency on CONFIG_PM is removed.
