The NXP's QorIQ processors based on ARM Core have RCPM module
(Run Control and Power Management), which performs system level
tasks associated with power management such as wakeup source control.
Note that this driver will not support PowerPC based QorIQ processors,
and it depends on PM wakeup source framework which provide collect
wake information.

This patch adds DPAA2 MC and AIOP console log support.
The platform driver probes on the "fsl,dpaa2-console" device tree node
which describes the base firmware address needed in order to infer the
start address of both firmware logs: MC and AIOP.
It then exports two misc char devices which can be used to dump
the needed logs.

Move the NXP DPIO (Datapath I/O Driver) out of the
drivers/staging directory and into the drivers/soc/fsl directory.
The DPIO driver enables access to Queue and Buffer Manager (QBMAN)
hardware on NXP DPAA2 devices. This is a prerequisite to moving the
DPAA2 Ethernet driver out of staging.

The global utilities block controls power management, I/O device
enabling, power-onreset(POR) configuration monitoring, alternate
function selection for multiplexed signals, and clock control.
This patch adds a driver to manage and access global utilities block.
Initially only reading SVR and registering soc device are supported.
Other guts accesses, such as reading RCW, should eventually be moved
into this driver as well.
