Pull ARM/SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"These are updates to SoC specific drivers that did not have another
subsystem maintainer tree to go through for some reason:
- Some bus and memory drivers for the MIPS P5600 based Baikal-T1 SoC
that is getting added through the MIPS tree.
- There are new soc_device identification drivers for TI K3, Qualcomm
MSM8939
- New reset controller drivers for NXP i.MX8MP, Renesas RZ/G1H, and
Hisilicon hi6220
- The SCMI firmware interface can now work across ARM SMC/HVC as a
transport.
- Mediatek platforms now use a new driver for their "MMSYS" hardware
block that controls clocks and some other aspects in behalf of the
media and gpu drivers.
- Some Tegra processors have improved power management support,
including getting woken up by the PMIC and cluster power down
during idle.
- A new v4l staging driver for Tegra is added.
- Cleanups and minor bugfixes for TI, NXP, Hisilicon, Mediatek, and
Tegra"

A 1024 byte variable on the stack will warn on any 32-bit architecture
during compile-testing, and is generally a bad idea anyway:
fsl/dpio/dpio-service.c: In function 'dpaa2_io_service_enqueue_multiple_desc_fq':
fsl/dpio/dpio-service.c:495:1: error: the frame size of 1032 bytes is larger than 1024 bytes [-Werror=frame-larger-than=]
There are currently no callers of this function, so I cannot tell whether
dynamic memory allocation is allowed once callers are added. Change
it to kcalloc for now, if anyone gets a warning about calling this in
atomic context after they start using it, they can fix it later.

Building dpio for 32 bit shows a new compiler warning from converting
a pointer to a u64:
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c: In function 'qbman_swp_enqueue_multiple_desc_direct':
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:870:14: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size [-Wpointer-to-int-cast]
870 | addr_cena = (uint64_t)s->addr_cena;
The variable is not used anywhere, so removing the assignment seems
to be the correct workaround. After spotting what seemed to be
some confusion about address spaces, I ran the file through sparse,
which showed more warnings:
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:756:42: warning: incorrect type in argument 1 (different address spaces)
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:756:42: expected void const volatile [noderef] <asn:2> *addr
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:756:42: got unsigned int [usertype] *[assigned] p
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:902:42: warning: incorrect type in argument 1 (different address spaces)
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:902:42: expected void const volatile [noderef] <asn:2> *addr
drivers/soc/fsl/dpio/qbman-portal.c:902:42: got unsigned int [usertype] *[assigned] p
Here, the problem is passing a token from memremap() into __raw_readl(),
which is only defined to work on MMIO addresses but not RAM. Turning
this into a simple pointer dereference avoids this warning as well.

Automatically add a device link between the actual device requesting the
dpaa2_io_service_register and the underlying dpaa2_io used. This link
will ensure that when a DPIO device, which is indirectly used by other
devices, is unbound any consumer devices will be also unbound from their
drivers.
For example, any DPNI, bound to the dpaa2-eth driver, which is using
DPIO devices will be unbound before its supplier device.
Also, add a new parameter to the dpaa2_io_service_[de]register functions

At the moment, the dpio-driver allocates an MC portal at probe time and
frees it right after usage. The same thing happens on the remove path.
This behavior could lead to scenarios where an MC portal is available
for use at probing but not longer free on the remove path which could
lead to unproper unbind of resources.
Change the driver's behavior in such a way that an MC portal is
allocated at probe and kept until the DPIO device is removed. This will
ensure that at any time after a DPIO device was successfully probed, all
its dependencies will be met.

The current implementation of the dpio driver uses a static next_cpu
variable to keep track of the index of the next cpu available. This
approach does not handle well unbinding and binding dpio devices in a
random order. For example, unbinding a dpio and then binding it again
with the driver, will generate the below error:
$ echo dpio.5 > /sys/bus/fsl-mc/drivers/fsl_mc_dpio/unbind
$ echo dpio.5 > /sys/bus/fsl-mc/drivers/fsl_mc_dpio/bind

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc
Pull ARM SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"The most noteworthy SoC driver changes this time include:
- The TEE subsystem gains an in-kernel interface to access the TEE
from device drivers.
- The reset controller subsystem gains a driver for the Qualcomm
Snapdragon 845 Power Domain Controller.
- The Xilinx Zynq platform now has a firmware interface for its
platform management unit. This contains a firmware "ioctl"
interface that was a little controversial at first, but the version
we merged solved that by not exposing arbitrary firmware calls to
user space.
- The Amlogic Meson platform gains a "canvas" driver that is used for
video processing and shared between different high-level drivers.
The rest is more of the usual, mostly related to SoC specific power
management support and core drivers in drivers/soc:
- Several Renesas SoCs (RZ/G1N, RZ/G2M, R-Car V3M, RZ/A2M) gain new
features related to power and reset control.
- The Mediatek mt8183 and mt6765 SoC platforms gain support for their
respective power management chips.
- A new driver for NXP i.MX8, which need a firmware interface for
power management.
- The SCPI firmware interface now contains support estimating power
usage of performance states
- The NVIDIA Tegra "pmc" driver gains a few new features, in
particular a pinctrl interface for configuring the pads.
- Lots of small changes for Qualcomm, in particular the "smem" device
driver.
- Some cleanups for the TI OMAP series related to their sysc
controller.
Additional cleanups and bugfixes in SoC specific drivers include the
Meson, Keystone, NXP, AT91, Sunxi, Actions, and Tegra platforms"

Pointer 'priv' is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.
Cleans up clang warning:
variable 'priv' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]

Move the NXP DPIO (Datapath I/O Driver) out of the
drivers/staging directory and into the drivers/soc/fsl directory.
The DPIO driver enables access to Queue and Buffer Manager (QBMAN)
hardware on NXP DPAA2 devices. This is a prerequisite to moving the
DPAA2 Ethernet driver out of staging.
