From 5f55d2ae699d1756ad6132786c7f9c27dc456b66 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alex Williamson Date: Tue, 28 Apr 2015 10:23:30 -0600 Subject: vfio-pci: Log device requests more verbosely Log some clues indicating whether the user is receiving device request interfaces or not listening. This can help indicate why a driver unbind is blocked or explain why QEMU automatically unplugged a device from the VM. When interrupted, the signal remains pending resulting in subsequent timeouts occurring instantly. This makes the loop spin at a much higher rate than intended. Instead of making this completely non-interruptible, we can change this into a sort of interruptible-once behavior and use the "once" to log debug information. The driver API doesn't allow us to abort and return an error code.
