- Generally we just drop the #ifdef CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP and endif lines
and use U_BOOT_LONGHELP to declare the same variable name as before
- In a few places, either rename the variable to follow convention or
introduce the variable as it was being done inline before.

The output from "dm tree" or "dm uclass" is a bit annoying
if the number of devices available on the system is huge.
(This is especially true on sandbox when I debug some DM code.)
With this patch, we can specify the uclass name or the device
name that we are interested in in order to limit the output.
For instance,
=> dm uclass usb

This command shows the memory used by driver model along with various
hints as to what it might be if some 'core' tags were moved to use the
tag list instead of a core (i.e. always-there) pointer.
This may help with future work to reduce memory usage.

Put these in alphabetic order, both in the help and in the implementation,
as there are quite a few subcommands now. Tweak the help for 'dm tree' to
better explain what it does.

to dm_dump_tree() to avoid confusion.

Migrate dm command to use U_BOOT_CMD_WITH_SUBCMDS() helper macro, to reduce
duplicated code. We can also drop the CONFIG_NEEDS_MANUAL_RELOC exception,
as the command list is updated post relocation in board_r.c initcall
initr_manual_reloc_cmdtable().

Renamed dm "drivers" subcommand to "compat" (as it listed
compatibility strings) and prevent it from segfaulting when
drivers have no of_match populated.
Added a new "drivers" subcommand to dump a list of all known DM
drivers and for each, their uclass id, uclass driver and names of
attached devices.
Added a new "static" subcommand to dump a list of DM drivers with
statically defined platform data.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

This adds a subcommand to dm to dump out what drivers are installed, and their
compatible strings. I have found this useful in ensuring that I have the correct
drivers compiled, and that I have put in the correct compatible strings.
