Switch to the distro boot for UniPhier platform.
- Remove the environment vairalbes used to load images from raw
block devices.
- Keep the command to download images via tftp. This will be
useful to boot the kernel when no valid kernel image is ready
yet in the file system.
- Use root.cpio.gz instead of root.cpio.uboot because we always know
the file size of the init ramdisk; it is loaded via either a file
system or network.
- Rename fit_addr_r to kernel_addr_r, which the distro command
checks to get the load address of FIT image.

The DT spec demands a unit-address in a node name to match the "reg"
property in that node. Newer dtc versions will throw warnings if this is
not the case.
Fix all occurences in various documentation files where this was not
observed, to not give bad examples to the reader.

The main difference between Pro4 and PXs2/LD6b is the Denali NAND
IP version. This is now distinguished by DT. Merge the two defconfig
files into uniphier_v7_defconfig.
Update the README.uniphier too.

It has been a while since ARM Trusted Firmware supported UniPhier SoC
family. U-Boot SPL was intended as a temporary loader that runs in
secure world. It is a maintenance headache to support two different
boot mechanisms. Secure firmware is realm of ARM Trusted Firmware
and now U-Boot only serves as a non-secure boot loader for UniPhier
ARMv8 SoCs.

Since commit c0efc3140e75 ("ARM: uniphier: change CONFIG_SPL_PAD_TO
to 128KB"), the u-boot.bin should be burned at the offset 0x20000.
I missed to update README.uniphier in that commit. Now updating.

Now everything is done to load a raw U-Boot proper image instead of
an mkimage-processed one (as far as I tested on NAND, eMMC, NOR).
The SPL already knows the load address of the U-Boot proper without
parsing its uImage header because the load address is defined by
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE, assuming that the two images are generated from
the same build.
My main motivation of this switch is to use u-boot-with-spl.bin, a
concatenation of u-boot-spl.bin and u-boot.bin. (I wish there were
a concatenation of u-boot-spl.bin and u-boot.img...) Anyway, this
commit would be useful for one-shot image burn.

Commit 3cb9abc9c512 ("ARM: uniphier: update U-Boot file names in
workflow") missed to update these two sentences. Fix them now.
Replace u-boot-spl-dtb.bin and u-boot-dtb.img with u-boot-spl.bin
and u-boot.img, respectively.

PH1-Pro5 support and ProXstream2/PH1-LD6b support can coexist in one
image and there is bit more room in SPL to accommodate all of them.
Merge uniphier_pro5_defconfig into uniphier_pxs2_defconfig.

The Boot ROM expects the boot image (SPL) in the Boot Partition 1.
So, updating images involves the hardware partition switch. It might
be a bit advanced for some users.
To be user-friendly, this commit adds a useful command to update the
images; just put SPL and U-Boot proper into the public directory of
the TFTP server and execute "run emmcupdate" from the command line.

Since commit ad1ecd2063da ("fdt: Build a U-Boot binary without device
tree") and commit 03c25bcd263a ("fdt: Build an SPL binary without
device tree"), we can use shorter file names for the output images.
The default configuration for UniPhier SoCs enables CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE
and CONFIG_SPL_OF_CONTROL. In this case, spl/u-boot-spl.bin is the
same as spl/u-boot-spl-dtb.bin. Likewise, u-boot.img is the same as
as u-boot-dtb.img. So, this change of the flow has no impact.

The mem_is_flash() in arch/arm/mach-uniphier/micro-support_card.c
writes/reads the tail of each NOR flash bank to check if the device
really resides there.
If CS1_SPLIT were enabled, the support card would always require two
NOR flash devices to be inserted for the correct NOR detection.
This is not probably what we want.

These boards are similar enough to be supported in a single defconfig
file. Distinguish one from another by "DEVICE_TREE" from the command
line. The how-to-build in doc/README.uniphier should be also updated.

Device Tree really improves code maintainability and is now
available for SPL too.
This is the state-of-the-art implementation in U-boot.
The board files (platform data) are no longer needed.
