led: led_pwm: Add a driver for LEDs connected to PWM
Add a driver which allows to use of LEDs connected
to PWM (Linux compatible).
MAINTAINERS: add i.vozvakhov as a maintainer of leds-pwm
C(required during new functionality adding).
