ep93xx timer: refactoring
ep93xx timer: Simplified the timer code by eliminating clk_to_systicks() and performing (almost) all manipulation of the timer structure in read_timer() Signed-off-by: Matthias Kaehlcke <matthias@kaehlcke.net>
