configs: drop CONFIG_SPL_ABORT_ON_RAW_IMAGE

CONFIG_SPL_RAW_IMAGE_SUPPORT default y has been used to replace
CONFIG_SPL_ABORT_ON_RAW_IMAGE for quite some time, so drop
CONFIG_SPL_ABORT_ON_RAW_IMAGE.
