Building sandbox_defconfig with

Many tests make some use of the command line, so require it for all test
code.
This could be teased apart, perhaps with a test flag indicating that it
uses the command line. Leave that for later.

In order to make adding new spl unit tests easier, especially when they may
have many dependencies, add some Kconfigs for the existing image test.
Split it into the parts which are generic (such as callbacks) and the
test-specific parts.

Rename Unit tests to Testing, since it is a stretch to describe some of

The macros in this file are a little confusing and we currently have no
tests to check that they work as expected.
Add some tests which check the macros in C code. Add a few tests which
check that the build errors are generated correctly too, using buildman's
-a option.

Tighten up symbol dependencies in a number of places. Ensure that a SPL
specific option has at least a direct dependency on SPL. In places
where it's clear that we depend on something more specific, use that
dependency instead. This means in a very small number of places we can
drop redundant dependencies.

Add the basic functionality required to support the standard crypt
format.
The files crypt-sha256.c and crypt-sha512.c originate from libxcrypt and
their formatting is therefor retained.
The integration is done via a crypt_compare() function in crypt.c.
```
libxcrypt $ git describe --long --always --all
If CONFIG_LOG=n, we still expect output for log_err(), log_warning(),
log_notice(), log_info() and in case of DEBUG=1 also for log_debug().
Provide unit tests verifying this.
The tests depend on:
CONFIG_CONSOLE_RECORD=y
CONFIG_LOG=n
CONFIG_UT_LOG=y
It may be necessary to increase the value of CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN to
accommodate CONFIG_CONSOLE_RECORD=y.
OP-TEE can get supplied with a devicetree and will then insert
its firmware node and reserved-memory sections into it.
As this devicetree often is not the one supplied to a later
loaded kernel, a previous commit added functionality to transfer
these nodes onto that new devicetree.
To make sure this functionality stays intact, also add a test
for the transfer functionality.
